Catching up with Magaby

It was great to see Magaby over Zoom today! She’s finding school this year to be easy and fun. She understands what she is learning in Math class, which is now her favorite subject, and loves the different experiments she is doing in Science class. I asked Magaby if she found any of the lessons that she learned at KIDS STEP UP useful for school, and she responded in a cheerful voice, “Yeah! They were very useful!”

Magaby loves to read, and she is currently reading “The One and Only Ivan” and “The Boy who Grows Flowers.” Aside from reading, she is learning how to play the clarinet! While on Zoom, she played the songs, We will rock you and Mary had a little lamb on her clarinet. Being able to catch up with Magaby over Zoom put a smile on my face!
